Tagen (ramadan Recipe For Iftar)

Ingredients
- 50 g grilled hamour fish
- 50 g tahini paste
- 40 g onions
- 5 g garlic
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml orange juice
- 2 g salt
- 1 g cumin seed
- 1 g pepper
- 20 g oil
- 2 g pine nuts
- 100 ml cold water
- 20 ml olive oil
Recipe
- 1 mix the tahina paste with cold water in a bowl.
- 2 add salt, cumin seeds, lemon juice, orange juice, pepper and salt.
- 3 mix well and keep aside.
- 4 heat oil in a skillet.
- 5 add garlic and 20gms of onion.
- 6 stir-fry until brown.
- 7 add the tahina mix and keep boiling on low flame until well cooked.
- 8 allow to cool.
- 9 when it cools, arrange the grilled fish on the mix and top it with fried onions and pine nuts.
- 10 serve hot.
