Pineapple Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
• 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 6 ounces ladyfingers
• 1 pint strawberry, sliced

Recipe

• 1 in a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. stir in pineapple. fold in whipped topping.
• 2 place lady fingers around the sides on the bottom of a greased springform pan (9"-inch).
• 3 pour filling in pan. cover and refrigerate, 8 hours or overnight.
• 4 remove sides of pan. top with sliced strawberries.
