That Bean Dip

Ingredients

- 1 jar great northern bean
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can taco sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 in food processor, puree beans.
- 2 in large skillet saute onion and garlic until tender.
- 3 add bean puree, taco sauce, vinegar and cumin.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 add cheese, mix until melted and well mixed.
- 6 serve warm with veggies, crackers or tortilla chips.
