Jello In A Can

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple
  • 1 (3 ounce) package jello gelatin, your choice
  • 1 cup boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 pour off pineapple juice from can but leave pineapple in the can (save juice for another use).
  • 2 dissolve jello in boiling water.
  • 3 cool slightly.
  • 4 pour into can over the pineapple.
  • 5 chill until set.
  • 6 to serve, run knife around inside of can and tip out.
  • 7 slice between the pineapple rings.
