Nutty Flapjacks

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 4 ounces margarine
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • 4 ounces sugar
  • 2 ounces oats
  • 2 ounces self-rising flour
  • 3 ounces crushed corn flakes

Recipe

  • 1 mix margarine and syrup together very gently.
  • 2 mix the dry ingredients pour on the margarine mixture and mix well.
  • 3 spread evenly in a greased swiss roll tin and press down firmly.
  • 4 bake in a moderately hot oven 190c for about 20 minutes.
  • 5 cut into fingers while warm.
