Nutty Flapjacks

Ingredients

- 4 ounces margarine
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 4 ounces sugar
- 2 ounces oats
- 2 ounces self-rising flour
- 3 ounces crushed corn flakes
Recipe
- 1 mix margarine and syrup together very gently.
- 2 mix the dry ingredients pour on the margarine mixture and mix well.
- 3 spread evenly in a greased swiss roll tin and press down firmly.
- 4 bake in a moderately hot oven 190c for about 20 minutes.
- 5 cut into fingers while warm.
