Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup dried apricot (i counted 13)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried edamame
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 cup oat bran
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in food processor.
- 2 use rubber spatula & spread onto glass baking dish.
- 3 i used a small one so that i would have thicker bars.
- 4 bake 350 for 30 minutes.
- 5 cool, cut, enjoy.
