Protein Bars

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup dried apricot (i counted 13)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried edamame
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 cup oat bran

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in food processor.
  • 2 use rubber spatula & spread onto glass baking dish.
  • 3 i used a small one so that i would have thicker bars.
  • 4 bake 350 for 30 minutes.
  • 5 cool, cut, enjoy.
