Triple Vanilla Bean Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) package vanilla cake mix
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 10 ounces vanilla chips, nestle swirled holiday morsels
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, bourbon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 cookies:.
• 2 mix the first 4 ingredients together.
• 3 blend in morsels.
• 4 chill for 1 hour.
• 5 shape in 1" balls.
• 6 place on parchment lined baking sheet.
• 7 bake 10-12 minutes at 375°f.
• 8 cool on a wire rack.
• 9 icing:.
• 10 mix sugar and vanilla extract, slowly adding water to make a smooth creamy consistency. drizzle over cooled cookies and let harden. enjoy!
