Roquefort Cheese Meatballs

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (3 ounce) package roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup burgundy wine

Recipe

  • 1 combine the beef, cheese, and seasonings; mix well.
  • 2 shape into balls and brown in butter, turning to brown all sides.
