Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (3 ounce) package roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup burgundy wine
Recipe
- 1 combine the beef, cheese, and seasonings; mix well.
- 2 shape into balls and brown in butter, turning to brown all sides.
- 3 add the wine and cover.
- 4 cook for 3-5 minutes.
