Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon ground rosemary
- 1 -2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 cups walnut halves
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300ºf.
- 2 melt butter in a large skillet.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and sauté walnuts 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 4 pour walnuts into an oven roasting pan.
- 5 bake 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
