Soft Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (9 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 1 cup quick-cooking oats
• 6 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
• 1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
• 1/2 cup raisins
• cooking spray

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
• 2 spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
• 3 beat first 6 ingredients until blended; stir in raisins.
• 4 drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheet.
• 5 bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges have started to brown.
• 6 cool for 5 minutes on the pan before moving to wire racks to cool completely.
