- 6 pita bread, 6 inch size
- cooking spray
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 350.
- 2 coat one side of each pita with cooking spray. sprinkle the pitas evenly with salt and pepper. cut each pita into 8 wedges; arrange wedges in a single layer on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
- 3 bake at 340 for 20 minutes or until crisp.
