Mango And Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 16 fresh watercress leaves or 16 arugula
  • 16 pieces mangoes, cubes 1 inch
  • 8 slices prosciutto, thin, halved

Recipe

  • 1 arrange a watercress sprig on each mango cube, wrap with a prosciutto slice.
  • 2 secure gently with a wooden pick. cover and chill.
