Ingredients

- 16 fresh watercress leaves or 16 arugula
- 16 pieces mangoes, cubes 1 inch
- 8 slices prosciutto, thin, halved
Recipe
- 1 arrange a watercress sprig on each mango cube, wrap with a prosciutto slice.
- 2 secure gently with a wooden pick. cover and chill.
