Rebecca's Amazing Olives

Ingredients
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 12 large green olives, stuffed with anything
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 drain olives and pat dry.
- 3 thoroughly combine cheese and butter.
- 4 add flour and cayenne, stirring to fully mix. when thoroughly combined but crumbly, work mixture together with your fingers to form dough (no need to knead--it will stick right together).
- 5 roll a tablespoon-sized clump of dough into a ball.
- 6 press it flat between the palms of your hands. put an olive in the center and press dough around sides to enclose.
- 7 roll it between your palms to smooth surface, if you like.
- 8 bake 15 - 20 minutes.
- 9 serve warm or at room temperature.
- 10 better make more, these will not last!
