Rebecca's Amazing Olives

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 12 large green olives, stuffed with anything

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 drain olives and pat dry.
  • 3 thoroughly combine cheese and butter.
  • 4 add flour and cayenne, stirring to fully mix. when thoroughly combined but crumbly, work mixture together with your fingers to form dough (no need to knead--it will stick right together).
  • 5 roll a tablespoon-sized clump of dough into a ball.
  • 6 press it flat between the palms of your hands. put an olive in the center and press dough around sides to enclose.
  • 7 roll it between your palms to smooth surface, if you like.
  • 8 bake 15 - 20 minutes.
  • 9 serve warm or at room temperature.
  • 10 better make more, these will not last!
