Spicy Deer Jerky

Total Time: 8 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb meat

Recipe

  • 1 lay your meat out on aluminum foil and sprinkle it with salt.
  • 2 take a tenderizer and beat the salt into the meat, or just take your fingers and massage the salt in.
  • 3 doing this will make the finished product more tender.
  • 4 next mix all of your ingredients in a bowl.
  • 5 take your meat and let it marinade for a least 4 hours (works better if done overnight).
  • 6 cover the bowl with an air tight lid and put in the refrigerator.
  • 7 put in the dehydrator for 8 hours.
  • 8 enjoy your jerky.
