Ingredients
- 5 ounces yellow chilies (i remove seeds)
- 1 ounce garlic
- 1 1/2 cups rice vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- sugar
Recipe
- 1 with a mortar and pestle, crush chilies and garlic until finely ground.
- 2 mix ground mixture with vinegar, salt and sugar.
- 3 mix well until sugar is dissolved.
- 4 if mortar and pestle are not available, you can use a food processor.
