Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 lbs chicken wings (cut at joint with tips removed)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and add chicken wings.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  • 3 preheat oven to 375.
  • 4 arrange wings on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
  • 5 bake 40-45 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade.
