Focaccia

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb) rhodes frozen bread dough or 12 rhodes dinner rolls, thawed and risen
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon

Recipe

  • 1 mix butter, garlic and tarragon. brush 2 tablespoons in a 9x13-inch pan. roll bread or dinner rolls combine into a 9x13-inch rectangle and place in pan.
  • 2 make several indentations, with finger tips, in dough about 1-inch apart. pour remaining butter mixture over dough. cover with plastic wrap.
  • 3 let rise 45 minutes. remove wrap and bake at 350°f 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
