Pita Pizzas

Ingredients

- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fruity extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 2 button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 black olives, sliced
- 1/2 of a small garlic clove, minced
- 1 -2 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese or 1 -2 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh italian parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- 2 place pita bread on a baking pan or pizza stone.
- 3 drizzle with olive oil.
- 4 top with toppings in order given.
- 5 bake for 5-10 minutes depending on crispness desired.
