Pita Snacks

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 pita bread rounds (about 15cm in diameter)
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 100 g ham
  • 1 cup pineapple chunk, drained
  • 2 cups cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 turn oven to 200 degrees.
  • 2 put bread on oven tray.
  • 3 spread each one with tomatoe sauce.
  • 4 chop ham into small bits.
  • 5 sprinkle on bread.
  • 6 chop pineapple.
  • 7 sprinkle on bread.
  • 8 sprinkle cheese over all.
  • 9 bake about 10 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
