- 4 pita bread rounds (about 15cm in diameter)
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 100 g ham
- 1 cup pineapple chunk, drained
- 2 cups cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 turn oven to 200 degrees.
- 2 put bread on oven tray.
- 3 spread each one with tomatoe sauce.
- 4 chop ham into small bits.
- 5 sprinkle on bread.
- 6 chop pineapple.
- 7 sprinkle on bread.
- 8 sprinkle cheese over all.
- 9 bake about 10 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
