Stuffed Mushrooms With Bacon & Sausage

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 large button mushrooms
  • 6 slices pepper bacon
  • 4 ounces ground sausage
  • 1 ounce onion
  • 1 ounce bell pepper
  • 1 ounce butter

Recipe

  • 1 trim each mushroom foot so that they are flat.
  • 2 finely dice veggies and mix with sausage.
  • 3 on the tops of each mushroom place a tablespoon of the mixture.
  • 4 wrap the bacon around the tops and use it to secure the stuffing mixture on top of the mushrooms.
  • 5 pin with toothpick if needed.
  • 6 grill and brush lightly with butter.
