Funnel Cakes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • 2 in a smaller bowl, beat the egg and milk together; add to the flour mixture.
  • 3 putting your finger at the end of a funnel, fill it with the batter.
  • 4 remove your finger from the hole and swirl it around into hot oil in a frying pan.

  • 6 drain on paper towels.
  • 7 sift with confectioners sugar and enjoy.
