Funnel Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 2 in a smaller bowl, beat the egg and milk together; add to the flour mixture.
- 3 putting your finger at the end of a funnel, fill it with the batter.
- 4 remove your finger from the hole and swirl it around into hot oil in a frying pan.
- 5 turn once.
- 6 drain on paper towels.
- 7 sift with confectioners sugar and enjoy.
