Lemon-feta Eggs.

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 2/3 juiced lemon (may use whole juiced lemon if desired)
  • pepper, to taste
  • oil, as needed

Recipe

  • 1 fry eggs in oil.
  • 2 squeeze lemon juice over eggs.
  • 3 after the eggs are done, remove from heat and place in a bowl.
  • 4 chop eggs with a knife, or squish with fingers.
  • 5 crumble feta over the eggs, and add pepper as desired.
