Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2/3 juiced lemon (may use whole juiced lemon if desired)
- pepper, to taste
- oil, as needed
Recipe
- 1 fry eggs in oil.
- 2 squeeze lemon juice over eggs.
- 3 after the eggs are done, remove from heat and place in a bowl.
- 4 chop eggs with a knife, or squish with fingers.
- 5 crumble feta over the eggs, and add pepper as desired.
