Potato Wedges

Ingredients

- 4 medium size new potatoes
- oil
- salt
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 turn oven to 190 degrees.
- 2 wash potatoes.
- 3 dry potatoes well.
- 4 don't peel them.
- 5 cut each potato into 4 wedges.
- 6 spread enough oil to cover base of baking dish.
- 7 put wedges in one layer in dish.
- 8 bake 30 minutes
- 9 then turn wedges over, sprinkle with salt and bake 20 minutes more.
- 10 mix sour cream and cheese.
- 11 serve with wedges on a platter or in a bowl.
