Potato Wedges

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 4 medium size new potatoes
  • oil
  • salt
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 turn oven to 190 degrees.
  • 2 wash potatoes.
  • 3 dry potatoes well.
  • 4 don't peel them.
  • 5 cut each potato into 4 wedges.
  • 6 spread enough oil to cover base of baking dish.
  • 7 put wedges in one layer in dish.
  • 8 bake 30 minutes
  • 9 then turn wedges over, sprinkle with salt and bake 20 minutes more.
  • 10 mix sour cream and cheese.
  • 11 serve with wedges on a platter or in a bowl.
