Raspberry Yoghurt Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries (crushed)
- 1 (8 ounce) container yoghurt (berry-flavoured)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup apple (grated)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 170°c.
- 2 mix dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
- 3 mix wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- 4 combine the two mixture.
- 5 line muffin tray with muffin cases.
- 6 place mixture into muffin tray.
- 7 bake for 30 minutes in oven.
