The Best And Easiest Hot Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (roughly)

Recipe

  • 1 chop the artichoke hearts, mince the garlic clove, and combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 place the mixture in a small casserole dish. it fits nicely in a shallow 9 or 10 inch oval dish.
  • 3 bake for 10 minutes at 350°f, or until the surface is beginning to brown.
  • 4 serve hot with a soft baguette, crackers or chips. enjoy!
