Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup potato chips
• 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Recipe

• 1 perheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 mix butter-sugar-vanilla in a large bowl.
• 3 add potato chips-pecans-flour and mix well.
• 4 roll dough into balls about a teaspoon size.
• 5 place on a ungreased cookie sheet.
• 6 flatten balls with your fingers.
• 7 bake for 10 minutes.
