See's Fudge (copycat)

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups sugar
• 5 3/4 ounces evaporated milk
• 10 large marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

• 1 put butter, chocolate and vanilla in medium bowl.
• 2 in med saucepan, mix sugar, milk and marshmallows.
• 3 bring to a boil over med heat, stirring.
• 4 reduce heat to low and cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
• 5 pour hot mixture over chocolate in bowl.
• 6 beat with mixer until thick and dull, (this doesn't take long).
• 7 stir in nuts.
• 8 pour into buttered 8x8 pan.
• 9 refrigerate until firm.
