Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 400 g button mushrooms
- 1/3 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 1. whisk oil, vinegar and garlic together in a large bowl.
- 2 add mushrooms and parsley, and toss well so that mushrooms are coated.
- 3 cover and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
