Tofu And Apple Pita

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 whole wheat pita bread
  • 1 cup firm tofu
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 cut apple into thin slices. cut tofu into small cubes and saute both with garlic powder.
  • 2 spread cream cheese onto pita and add apple and tofu.
