Holiday Popcorn

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 quarts popped popcorn
  • 1 cup dried apricot, cut up
  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 toss popcorn, nuts, apricots and raisins.
  • 2 blend corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla and salt.
  • 3 pour over popcorn mixture.
  • 4 toss until evenly coated.
  • 5 put on buttered jelly roll pan.
  • 6 bake at 250 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
