- 1 cantaloupe, cut into boats, rinds removed
- 12 pieces prosciutto
Recipe
- 1 cut the melon into half, then half again.
- 2 cut each quarter into three "boats".
- 3 remove the rind.
- 4 wrap a piece of prosciutto on each boat.
- 5 serve immediately.
